was the second sloop of this size and name built at the Jespersen yard for her original owner. |

first was tragically lost on a reef off the west coast of Vancouver Island. |

This
Pachena was cold molded of five layers of ¼” Sitka spruce laid diagonally and a 3/8” fore and aft layer of Honduras mahogany. |

Her interior
featured red oak panels and joinery. Over a ¾” plywood subdeck was laid ½” teak. |

Cabinsides
were solid varnished mahogany inside and outside a ½” plywood core. |

Her windows
were trimmed with beaded stops similar to her panelled interior. |
